


1. What is ISO IEC:17025?
ISO IEC:17025 is an International Standard (published by the
International Organization for Standardization) that specifies the general
requirements for the competence to carry out tests and/or calibrations.
There are 15 management requirements and 10 technical requirements. These
requirements outline what a laboratory must do to become accredited.
2. What is difference between SAC-SINGLAS/NABL/SAMM accredited and non-accredited calibration?
Our accreditation covers specific areas of metrology that
have been assessed by SAC-SINGLAS/NABL/SAMM. These accredited calibrations come with
an accredited certificate of calibration not available for non-accredited
calibration. The accredited calibrations will reflect the higher quality
systems and standards involved.
3. What is your Turn Around Time?
Our standard turnaround is 3-5 working
days, but that can change with the volume of work. You can call our Sales
Engineers for more information
4. Do you provide collection and
delivery services?
Yes, we do pick up and
deliver in and arround Singapore. You can contact Customer service personnel to
arrange this service. They shall advise you of the cost for pick up and
delivery.
5. Do you provide urgent
service?
Yes, we are able to provide a turnaround within 24 hours. A premium will be charged for this.
6. Is there any minimum charge for
on-site Calibration?
There must be at least
S$200 worth of calibrations to be performed per visit to
onsite.
7. Is your calibration traceable to
the National Metrology Centres?
All reference instrument are traceable to Nationial Metrology Centres Like NPL, Spring(Singapore) & SIRIM BHD or,
except where noted.
8. Do you have a price
list?
We do not have a pre-published price
list, however, we shall supply you with the pricing based on your
instrument list.
9. Do you remind us the due of
calibration?
Yes. We will send you the
monthly recall reminder list.
10. What is
accreditation?
Accreditation is an
endorsement of an organisation's competence, credibility, independence and
integrity in carrying out its conformity assessment activities.
